It is an organism integrated by studying youths that are chosen from among by means of universal, direct and secret voting candidates that have been qualified by the Council of the Establishment.
This Council of Students presides over it a youth and a young lady or vice versa, according to the number of majority votes that each one of them obtains, these two youths that direct the advice of students are declared you Lead Student. |
