The Iberomericano School, in its kinder garden sections, school and high school, looks for, above all, to generate the maximum efficiency in the academic, administrative levels and of services, for what the following operating system settles down.
The principal discards all interference that limits the direct communication among directive and directed and; vice versa.
Each professor will solve the diverse cases that are derived of the educational action inside the classroom: in any event, according to the nature of the matter, to inform the principal the given solutions or possible solutions to the different problems of academic or disciplinary order. |

The general classification of the Facility inside the disciplinary aspect will be directed by Vicedirectores of Students and for the Department of Tutorship who will implement all the actions that drive to a real communication between each one of the children and youths, in order to create an atmosphere of total unit among all the members of the Iberoamerican family.
Those responsible for these departments will maintain informed to the Directive on the general acting of the pupil by means of daily and weekly reports.

The academic planning of the School will be under the responsibility of the Director and Vice director.
The planning of each subject will be in charge of the Professor who will be governed according to the guidelines emanated by the respective authorities.
The evaluation of the teaching-learning process will be carried out in Partial form and Quarterly. For that which the evaluation instruments will be designed in opportune form, should receive the seen good of Academic and Scientific Control of Quality on the part of the Head of the Academic respective department and of Vice director, before being printed. |
All the tests once corrected will be given the students who will form a portfolio with all their works carried out during the academic year, the same one that will deserve a special qualification on the part of the Teacher of Education of Values.
The notes of each evaluation will be given in the General Secretary, maximum in the 24 subsequent hours to the application of the test, so that, can be register in the system. |
